If you're looking to book a room, find one on the Accor website and find the same one on another booking site, they promise you the same rate + discount.
Don't put energy in the process !
After filling in the document, you receive an automatic reply. But even after one week, they don't react at all. You need to call (if you find the phone number on the website), and finally after a couple of phone calls and clarifications - you receive a mail that you are not entitled to have this price guarantee (reason: screenshot without dates - but then they noticed that there were dates on the screenshot. After second phone call, another mail with a lot of excuses which make no sense at all, to tell you that you don't have the best price guarantee.
So, if you find a better price for an Accor hotel room on another website, book it and cancel the one on the Accor website. Garanteed the best price !

Appalling Customer Service & BPG scam
The customer service I received was appalling.
All accor offer a Best Price Guarentee, when I clearly qualified for this discount, everything was done to avoid giving this to me.
I sent endless streams of the correct information required, along with time stamps. Instead I received emails implying that I was being difficult. It was very unprofessional and rude. I have tried to complain directly to All Accor but I have been unsuccessful in receiving any kind of correspondence about my experience other than the generalised message.
I was denied an offer that is advertised which I was clearly eligible for and then completely ignored after receiving rude emails stating they had no intention to respond to me. I offered to break down their policy and apply each individual piece of information required, and this was greeted with a decline as I am
convinced the BPG deal is not real.
In conclusion, the BPG off is a scam and customer service was very condescending and unhelpful.

DISGUSTED
almost £500 for a single room for 3 nights when a trade fair on at NEC - my father is suddenly terminally ill and they refused to refund me - I used to always stay there and I will NEVER use a Novotel (or any Accorr ) again - added to an awful situation - with several emails to send to different places I am truly disgusted.
Nobody picks up the call
Nobody picks up the call. I have made online booking & shared payment details also. But as of now no confirmation. Neither are they picking up the call. Pathetic.

Terrible service
Terrible service, no response on my request for refund. I cancelled a booking in time complete with cancellation notice and they just ignore me.
Avoid and use a reputable hotel chain.

Best price guaranty is a SCAM and a LIE
Best price guaranty is a SCAM. They should not offer it if they are not willing to honour the guarantee. I had the evidence of screenshots and they still refused to accept it. When i tried initially to upload the screenshots, the page wasn’t loading at all. Soni was unable to complete it within their time frame. But when I reached out later with dates stamps , they still was mot happy to accept it and came up with terms and conditions to refuse my claim !! Super annoying

I stayed for three days at end of January and really enjoyed my stay. I found the hotel to be of a very high standard, it is only opened a few months. Special mention to a number of staff who work so hard and are highly professional including reception team Soleum and Shrouq .From the Health and well-being team including Sana and the very helpful Heyam who supplied the cold towels and ice-cold water, thank you for all your hard work, the staff are a credit to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great service by all staff. Right from reception Ms Akanksha was there to help us to in room dining service and luggage concierge. Would absolutely stay again at same place on my revisit to this city. Rooms were clean and serviced properly daily. Gym and Pool facilities were decent for quick workout.

Booked through our reception for a group booking for 5 days. Travelled from France and refused check in at 1:30 then the hotel cancelled the booking at 2pm with no notice. Now stuck in London for an exhibition with no accommodation.
wonderful stay Mercure El Houceima
My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel El Houceima in January.
We had a warm welcome from the staff. the staff are super friendly. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We had a suite with a beautiful view over the sea. The breakfast was excellent and twice i wanted to sleep and got the breakfast in the room. We will definitely come back here. Thank you very much for your hospitality. It was perfect ??❤️??

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs! Their website deliberately makes it beyond impossible to contact them! No e-mail, no phone number just a series of 'help' topics which believe me, should be called renamed 'how to annoy a customer' topics

Despite submitting all the screenshots and making two phone calls, I did not get any response confirming the advertised price guarantee and had to cancel the booking at the last minute.
